To help you and your staff reach your training goals, Carroll Services continues to offer its Profes- sional Pathways service. Here’s how it works. All csifoodpro publications, whether print or digital, now highlight and categorize content that could help school nutrition directors, and their staff, to fulfill a portion of their employee training hour requirements. We label all publication articles, or csifoodpro.com videos or presentations, with the Professional Pathways logo – a black mortarboard with a yellow tassel. We categorize resources to coincide with one or more of the four USDA Professional Standard Train- ing Topic categories: Nutrition & Menus, Operations, Administration, and/or Marketing & Communications. You decide whether the material might be useful to you or your staff, in the context of your training goals.
